[Bug] Crashes on startup when passing argument #1

Hello,
I'm trying to make my own emulator based on this one. However, when I pass a ROM file as an argument to it, it just crashes for some reason. Why is this, and how do I fix this?

Hi, please try the lastest updates.

I'm not sure as to the cause, but the bug I just fixed was preventing the emulation from running at all. I swear it used to work, and I don't know if I broke something, but the code before would not run at all due to a race condition.

I also updated to use .NET 7.
