[Feature Request]: Add "Errors" option to -NotificationLevel

Would be nice to have "Errors" option in -NotificationLevel, so there will be only notifications about errors, as I don't really need notification about successfully updated apps.

I don't really need notification about successfully updated apps, I only want to see notifications if something is not updated because of some error.

First we need to add function which does know how to properly interpret logged events.
That PR is still waiting for final verdict.
With such extended logging, all WAU actions will be able to properly report various notifications.
Yes, that will require extensive rewrite of all logged events and lot of try-catch-finally blocks.
Step-by-step it will be closer to perfection.

At least, we can provide a notification for "errors" only, whatever happened :)
Not working on that at all at the moment. Very focus on MSI to try to definitely remove the AV alerts on the shortcut.
