[BUG]: The share issues feature is not working.

Description:

when I try to share some issue in a channel it doesn't store the info about the issue the locally and don't share it in the channel it only works in the general channel because of broken persistence logic

Steps to reproduce:

1. use /github issues
2. choose a repo of your choice and try adding the issue to share
3. even when you added the issue to share it will be not visible to share.

Expected behavior:

The share issues feature should work in all the channels without any issues

Actual behavior:

It's not store and share the saved issues for us,
