Tablets: green, blue, purple case

We started using colorful tablets, as we are increasing the number of children in the class. However, the DriveSync for all these tablets failed the upload.

Good to know! Please add details -- screenshots if possible -- to show:

  1. Which tablet folder(s) failed to upload? All or just some?
  2. To which Gdrive folders?
  3. With what type of failure?
  4. Can you find drivesync.log, upload it to Gdrive, and tell us where?

I'm so glad I gave you privs to post issues -- you're already making good use of it, just as I hoped!

Attached are pictures of the errors that failed to upload. The majority worked but some did not. I am not quite sure about the Google Drive folder it was supposed to upload to - where do I find out about this?

There are two types of error: one says "server error" (this happened twice) and one says "Cannot sync non-existent folder" (see attached pictures).

The second problem may be due to the fact that on these tablets with the monocoloured cases, there only are two synced folders (compared to 5 on the new tablets): Robotutor and roboscreen. Maybe some folders are missing in order for all syncs to work? Do I need to add other folder, so the rest can sync?

Where can I find the drivesync.log and should I upload them to our shared folder as soon as I found them?
