BUG: 1.8.2.2 audio out of sync

When tried to continue, enrolled users vanished

To replicate:
Enroll as new user, responding to prompts without waiting for them to finish playing.
When prompted to record, tap red Record button and say your name.
Tap green smiley to accept and red frownie to reject.
When asked if you've used RoboTutor before, tap red frownie.

The discrepancy between the UI screen and the audio prompt suggests that the audio being played doesn't match the state variable _audio_playing -- which seems unlikely -- or that the display doesn't match the prompt. So it seems useful to log the state, the prompt being played, and what's being displayed, which presumably is specified by an .xml UI and the actions applied to the graphical objects. (How) they be logged?
