This is not a general HPOUtil project! Could you please rename this to something more specific, which indicates that this is a HPO-Helper class for one specific project.

Also, there is already a general HPOUtil class in javautil, which is built on top of ontologizer. I highly recommend using libraries that are tested and used by multiple users over several years. Let me know if you need some help in using this library.
