Implement reliable logging mechanism

A number of users would like to help figure issues out when Openroast isn't working successfully on their systems, and a decent log file would be a good way to gather data in such situations.

The complication here is the freshroastsr700 driver, which operates in a seaprate process, which will make the logging subsystem more complicated to implement sucessfully.
