Here's a draft VBET database schema

@KellyMWhitehead asked the question about whether this schema should include how the evidence rasters are combined. I like this idea and I'm fine building the necessary tables. But I wonder how all this will get fed to the code?

One idea would be to have the concept of having model configurations in the database that describe all the parameters and transformation curves etc. Each configuration would have a unique "machine name". Then VBET merely takes this name at the command line and looks up all the necessary parameters from the database (ignoring all the other model configurations).

The advantage of this approach is that the VBET command line gets a lot simpler. The downside is that I'm struggling with how someone like Shelby could fiddle with the parameters to experiment with different configurations.
