Menu Contents beyond P3?

So right now our Menu bars on left of sites have Page Contents (see #14 for related issue) and Site Contents that get auto populated. I have noticed that when you navigate to some pages (seem to be in three or four subfolders deep), the Site menu on the left does not get auto expanded to show what page you're currently on. Now having said that, I am struggling to find a good example of that. Is this something you are actively controlling? Is it possible some of our sites are experiencing this but not all?

@joewheaton this should be implemented on all sites. If. you find an example where it's not put it in here and I'll take a look. Gonna leave the issue open and deassign myself for now.
