Analysis "Explorer"

Now that we have matplotlib (charting) working, we can start to work up how we want to explore our metrics/analyses through time and space. I have started an "Analysis Explorer" (happy to change the name) that can view metrics across time (one sample frame metric over the project dce's with dates) or space (one dce metric over sample frames with topology). We could also add other dimensions (multiple sample frames or dces using multiple lines or bars). Maybe even multiple metrics on the same chart...
