Error message displayed on top of registration screen - Projects ready for testing

Summary

On the student registration screen, following a bad login, a Network Error is shown when attempting to register as a student.

How to Reproduce

1. Click on "Sign In" button
2. Enter fake credentials
3. Go back to main screen and select "student"
4. Network Error shown

Current Behavior

Network Error on a screen even without interaction

Expected Behavior

No error shown.

If there is an error screen in one process, other processes (such as the registration screen) shouldn't be affected.
