Problems with the R button (CODE82)

In any game when I try to map the R button it doesn't work, not even with CODE82
I also noticed that it replaces it with CODE103 and I don't understand why
Example: Post Void
I use this Page to know the keyboard values

can you post your keys.ini? I just tried the Post Void keymap and it's fine.
SQUARE=R = Reload action

@CatoTheYounger97 doesn't work in Awaremon this game doesn't work with the R key either

Doesn't work in other games either.
they only work with the NumPad 7 keycode (CODE103)

I also noticed that in Post Void the R key is present in the code but in other games they are in Game Objects
