Hunger not working (1.0.2059)

Hunger casts successfully but no blood is gained or removed from world, Purge works fine. Elder Things abilities are also bugged(Fly doesn't work, both are on eternal cooldown after one use) so I'm guessing it's a bigger problem than just Hunger.
