Make Auspex Lvl 3 Useful

The description of Auspex Lvl 3 implies the revealing illusions ability has the ability to.... well... do something. The wording is ambiguous, but even worse, it doesn't currently do much of anything. While code exists in its execution to reveal hidden areas on the map, this is actually broken at the moment.
