jissue-switcher Chrome Extension

This extension makes it possible to easily switch between the Joomla issue tracker and the Github Joomla issue tracker when testing patches. It also provides quick links to both sites.

1. Clone repository in a folder of your choice.
2. Go to: chrome://extensions/ (Set developer modus on the top right to: On)
3. Click "Load unpacked extension" and select the folder

Plugin is now added to Chorme!
