What do you mean by API support? Me host API on let's say my server so you can make requests to swap the face ?

it means that a user can send a request using an API and then get the response using the API, in a broader perspective it means that your code will be running on a cloud server and users will be able to interact with your code using API

I don't know, not really maintaining that project anymore, maybe Fast Face swap will receive that eventually, but Im not sure
