Make a maintenance job to ensure accidentally orphaned items aren't lost

Make an automatic maintenance job to ensure that items aren't accidentally orphaned (probably should log the problem and move to a special folder for the restored items). This can happen if a folder is deleted just as an item was added into it, or due to some other bug (should also probably check if any items are added to themselves due to a bug).
