ALFIS binds UDP ports to forwarders in advance, which is not necessary. Besides, if there are no forwarders in the configuration, ALFIS still binds to UDP ports
For example:
udp UNCONN 0 0 0.0.0.0:56712 0.0.0.0:* users:(("alfis",pid=28734,fd=6),("alfis",pid=28734,fd=4))
