In some people's cases they have to explicitly use Proton 8.0/9.0 instead of Proton Experimental. I don't know the cause but I've seen 1/2 reports. |
i'm using proton 9.0-2 here is the output from terminal |

Your terminal dump starts with I'm not sure if that environment variable is actually used by protontricks here, but it might be worth checking. |
yeah it's something i have to do it's a janky fix to proton tricks there a bug that basicaly makes everything unsiable if u don't do that |

wait i just launched it again while the blank thing was still running and now i have ui |

and then that went blank but gave me tis pop up |

so the things jsut keeps freezing or giving no output and take up the whole screen i was able to get up to telling it to deploy asi |

i am loading reloaded II for the first time via proton tricks (steam deck) , it shows the first setup thing but there are no ui elements so i am unable to set it up. it seems to also crash at some point but i could be wrong about that
To Reproduce
(this is a fix for the flatpak version of proton tricks as seen here Matoking/protontricks#304)
$ export PROTON_VERSION="Proton Experimental"
$ flatpak run com.github.Matoking.protontricks --gui
persona 5 royal
install an aplication
cancle (it brings you to a diffrent menu)
run expoler
open Z:\home\deck\Documents\reload2\ReLoaded-II.exe
Expected Behaviour
for the ui to show so i can setup reloaded-II to isntall my mods
