RFE: Scroll the last placed slide into view in the "Presentation" window

It would be nice to be able to drop a slide into the Presentation window. And if the presentation window is full and your slide is the last one visible, have the window scroll to the right to show the "empty space" available for the next slide to be dropped to avoid having to do a manual scroll.
