Deprecate Immigration Dataset, new Ellis Island Dataset

Due to recurring issues with racism, I believe the time has come to deprecate the Immigration dataset. For now, we will move the collection the hidden set (which currently only includes the video game dataset) so that students are not able to find the dataset on their own. We can decide its long-term fate later.

I would like to find a new dataset that can allow us to keep the picture. I am quite pleased with the hopeful site of the Corgi and their owner. My current plan is something with Ellis Island.

Unfortunately, this is an extremely limited dataset. My vague idea is to expand the dataset with information about the ports and possibly the weather. We could include information about the US population at the time, and other demographics of interest.
