Task title
Remove the bug in Edit Interest Buttons

Task description
Although we select other categories, all the events are created under "No-Poverty" category. There is something wrong either with buttons or API POST function.

Sometimes we receive this error, we might want to double check this one as well.

fix(eventcreation and i18next): were only able to fix the labels issue

...but events still fall under the wrong category. we somehow can't send the correct category
selection to backend
