Results not populated after successful run of tracking_dashboard.py

Issue I am able to run tracking_dashboard.py and it runs for about a minute and then completes without errors, but it doesn't populate the results.
Additional Information Whereas I am able to release_readiness_criteria.py is also may be a partial  output, as it only generates the output for - "Top 10 bugs (by PM score)"

Please point to what could be missing.
OR will my bugzilla account require any special pe

rmissions to query certain fields?
