Credits go to Math0424 for creating ScrollableFOV & subsequently not adding a config for changing the keybinding.
Simple 'wrap' of ScrollableFOV plugin, all we've done is;
- Make a config GUI for rebinding of zoom key.
- Remove fov value from notifying the user.
