• Presented updates to save functionality. Working but has random file names

Nick:

• Presented current progress on SVG interactivity with user selected source and detector

Dr. Raston:

• After seeing the current save functionality, requested open to be removed
• Found issue where graphs with low resolution numbers have gaps/missing data
  • Most likely NaN being present for some Y values
• Found low resolution numbers cannot find peaks
  • Likely uncaught error within the API

For today (06/1/2023):

• Finished implementing SVG updates for the two detectors and sources
  • Found bug where switches in the Experimental Setup reset to the defaults when switching between windows
• Started working on new laser graphics recreation from Dr. Raston's example

For 6/1/2023

• Save functionality for Peaks and Absorbance Spectra are fully operational and styled!
• Began looking into zooming in on peaks
  • I am not sure if we can zoom in based on what the user zooms the graph into
  • I have a backup plan if that is the case
  • I'll keep looking though
• Found the cause of NaN in the absorbance spectra!
  • Would like to double-check that the graphs are accurate because I did have to slightly adjust the math
  • Part of me suspects this may have caused our initial error, but I am only getting the "Request Entity too Large" error so it is difficult to tell
