I neither use Telegram nor NTFY for notifications, so I am not able to get notified if the ARL is no longer valid...
I use Gotify....

Describe the solution you'd like
Since I am not the first one to request a new provider, I would point Apprise out.
Apprise supports all kinds of notification providers and everyone is happy! :)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Like it is, don't get notified....

Additional context
So everyone could paste the apprise link in the extended.conf, and you don't have to adjust anything...

It does look interesting, it's something I could play around with. The only thing is the Telegram bot (and soon the ntfy bot will be) is interactive. I guess this will just have to be a separate "for all other notifiers, use Apprise". Like I said, I'm not opposed to it, let me take a peek!
