An interesting EPR desktop power supply

I hope it's alright to discuss third party hardware here...

Looking for a pair of tweezers, I stumbled upon this thing:

It seems to be about the form factor of a PinePower Desktop but, according to its specs, this one has one PD3.1 140 W (28V 5A) port as well as two PD 3.0 100 W ports. And PPS on these three ports.

Plenty of reviews, most are good. One reviewer shows a picture of it delivering 5.2 A at 28 V.

For sub-60€ VAT (20%) and shipping included, which I find very reasonable if it actually does what it says on the tin.
