EDC is looking for a view that shows the current rollup over time, not just for a particular time window.

See email for details of current report (since it contains confidential data)

For MVP of this:

Doesn't need detail links to individual categories
May only need critical asset categories, though mayoral rollup is nice
Doesn't need both rollups at once
Should go out week-by-week until no data exists
