Sorting on dashboard table (desktop)

Users should be able to sort content by clicking on the headers of the table.

I think this should be done server-side to ensure that shared URLs always show the same results. While we can mimic that state client-side, we do risk failed javascript (due to dropped connections or having javascript disabled).
