DITE cannot detect Lazarus 1.6 on Windows 10 64-bit. #112

I just installed Lazarus and DITE, but as 🔜 as I run it, it shows an error message saying "You don't have an Object Pascal IDE installed (1)".

I believe it has something to do with Unicode file names or the AppData folder. I had a similar issue in the past with a personal project.
