Updated user information not reflected in GeoGig commit until Tomcat restart #147

To reproduce:

Make a change on a feature with any user, history of commit will show up
Go to Geonode's Admin section - Users
Change user information (First/Last name, Email)
Make a new change on the same feature with updated user information
Commit history will not reflect new user information

This was fixed after restarting Tomcat

ScottEvil added the Type: Bug label
