We use systemd.journald.forward_to_console=1 for VM installation primarily because RHEL-7 ignores inst.notmux and/or inst.noninteractive, to avoid breaking the output terminal with tmux control sequences.

Secondarily, it theoretically gives us more verbose output from the installation process, but the output is perhaps way too verbose - it's often hard to find any relevant information in it.

So we want to likely remove systemd.journald.forward_to_console=1 after RHEL-7, and simply use the default Anaconda output method. We should still see any errors generated regardless.
