The CI workflow is now contained in the repo so we need to do the following things.

Need to ensure that the changelog is correct - basic features should be very briefly described (https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.0.0/)
Check if versions are all correct
Check that the package can be built
Check that all package related metadata is correct in the description
Check the Readme and the developer dcumentation
