These are the things that still need to be done to be able to release Frontier Defense split up in needed and nice to have
Needed:

  • Cloak drone not cloaking
  • Icons for enemies and friendly turrets on minimap
  • Icon on Head of enemies (probably same as icon on minimap)
  • Respawn with dropship
  • Prevent Titan switching after wave 1
  • Enemy Damage scaling
  • Sniper titans
  • Reaper tick deploy
  • Damage scaling with difficulty
  • Event functions for all NPCs types
  • Turret despawning after timeout and limit them per player
  • wave data for at least one map
  • stalkers not exploding at harvester
  • different grunt loadouts for different difficulties
  • stalkers not shooting on easy and regular
  • Harvester health/shield dependent on difficulty
  • Navmesh jumppoints
  • lower Reaper and Stalker accuracy
  • check team in wait until alive function
  • make weighted wait until alive
  • entering titans removes amped weapons
  • add drone spawn function
  • set titanmeter values for giving batterys
  • hardcoded wait before final wait alive
  • make turrets revivable
  • reset already executed on lose
  • ticks should move more like vanilla
  • ticks don't decrease enemy count
  • stalkers run with broken legs
  • mortar spectres are not removed from to spawn list
  • make turret able to be picked up
  • enable loadout change during wave pause

Bugs to fix:

Nice to have:

  • Combat and Support score
  • Endgame Medals (most MVPs, most damage, etc.)
  • Round lost UI
  • Remove client side Harvester explosion when harvester out of render distance
  • give money to late joiners
  • Teammates should be visible through walls
  • icon in tone interface
  • hide titanmeter in wave 1
  • wrong reaper icon
  • Text saying "you defended the harvester" missing on victory screen
  • Amped Battery should give more core meter maybe

Needed:

  • Nuke Titans explosions shouldn't affect their own allies. // fix with a really fucking hacky way EDIT: fix was rejected :(
  • Wave restarts should refill titan meter, new players should also have their titan meters filled.

Nice to have:

  • Missing a delay before each wave where there's some dialogues of what's coming next.
  • Missing obituary killfeeds.

Needed:

  • Prevent drones from getting clumped up and stuck on each other
  • Improve navmeshes to stop AI from clipping inside walls
  • Make grunts use both anti-titan and normal weapons instead of just giving them anti-titan weapons on higher difficulties
  • Titan selection screen UI
  • Dropship grunt event (war games)
  • Event functionality to allow for skipping events on lower difficulties

Nice to have:

  • Make drones descend from the sky faster when they spawn
  • Improve navmeshes to stop AI getting stuck
  • Make SquadNav better, or make everything use SingleNav
  • More robust mortar spectre pathing (probably needs jump points)
  • Make drop pod AI actually come out of the drop pod door

Colony and Relic were just added to the vanilla FD maps list FYI
