the latest quilt versions page should have a toggle for showing snapshot versions

as shown here, it is a lot of scrolling to get some versions such as 1.19, 1.18 and so on. having a toggle for showing snapshot versions would make it easier to get to release versions.

It seems a little bit unnecessary since there's a search bar to filter the versions if you need. On macOS (and maybe in Windows), you can also start typing with the dropdown open to search through it.
