Windows store(And everything else) failed to download.

Failed to download everything, but I really only needed it to download the windows store.
I was having issues with my windows store and a game I wanted to download. The xbox app still doesn't open(which was one of my initial problems) but everything else works.
The main issue I have now(i can ignore the xbox app not loading for now) is that the store app is completely uninstalled.
To be frank, this is because I went into the file explorer and deleted some of the files, including the exe. Yes this was dumb. Some files remain. Trying to restore the files via the recycle bin was not allowed and I needed more permissions than I needed to delete them. The files are now gone from my recycle bin. Downloading the app packages (for example, I tried to download and run Microsoft.WindowsStore_11811.1001.2713.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.AppxBundle) is not possible.
