Support spin_sq as input to solve_fermion #29

What should we add?

Add spin_sq as input to solve_fermion, similar to the function in SQD. We'll need to generate the spin calculation from the Dice outputs, and I believe we also need to ensure the FCIDUMP we write out contains the spin_sq (I think through ms arg in tools.fcidump.from_integrals?)
