Errors in 大学英语IV quiz answers

In https://github.com/QSCTech/zju-icicles/blob/master/%E5%A4%A7%E5%AD%A6%E8%8B%B1%E8%AF%ADIV/quiz/2016-1/3.jpg there are the following errors in the answers:

Part IV:
Q1. The correct answer is "stationery", not "stationary". "Stationary" refers to something that is still or not moving. "Stationery" refers to writing materials.
Q5. The correct answer is "manufactures". There should be an "s" at the end.

If I spot any more errors, I will be sure to let you know.
