Should fix this before #142 since magic-latex-buffer absolutely nukes font-lock

Fun fact: there is no \Chi in LaTeX but MLB has a rule for it.

Since 79dc194 this has gotten way worse, but on the other hand I got a faster computer and native-comp seems to help a lot so maybe this issue isn't as important now???
