PyPI sdist doesnt include tests

tests in the sdist help packagers ensure their package is OK after each release of the library or any of its dependencies.

Also there is no CI active in this repo.

It looks like all the tests require credentials, and probably also require network, so they wont be too useful for building rpms in isolated environments, however rpm does have the ability to allow packagers to do builds with network enabled, often done locally to check and then the buildbots skip the tests.
