Description

I was surprised to learn about the new package in the 2.2.14 changelog. I was still using the pushwoosh package until now. There is no information about this new package on the old readme.

Suggestions

  • discontinue the pushwoosh package
  • update its readme to tell users about the new pushwoosh_flutter package
  • update the import example in the new package's readme
  • update the changelog of the new package (last one is 1.9.0)

100% Agree. It's unprofessional to discontinue development without proper notice on the readme or pub.dev. The old, unmaintained, package is still ranked higher on pub.dev than this new one.
