Work out code for taking apart and back together a bgp file. In order to allow extracting, editing and creating new bgp files from scratch!

Export has been done for a while, still not in latest release. Need to figure a smart way of importing images, handling errors and nb of colors for each tiles that make up the image, since each tiles of a BGP file has its own palette.
