PHP 8.3 support #105

Trying to update the servers to PHP 8.3, we get this error:

    - drupal/swagger_ui_formatter is locked to version 4.1.1 and an update of this package was not requested.
    - drupal/swagger_ui_formatter 4.1.1 requires php ~8.1.0 || ~8.2.0 -> your php version (8.3.10) does not satisfy that requirement.
