The only problem I foresee with this, is that if you are planning to retrieve the structures themselves from the ruins folders to generate your configs, there are like sometimes 10, to 20 duplicates as the way ruins is set up is to have a template in the folder for the Biome and you have to copy paste them like 10 times to get them in all Biomes you want (I wish he would make it one template folder and have a config file to choose them for each biome instead). So wouldn't this make your generated config have the same structure like 10 times?

Likely not. Even if the internal storage was in several biomes, there should be nothing stopping me from putting them into my own list and only exposing one. Their does need to be some unique identifier, such as a name to group them under.
