Refactor Organization -> Team in the database

Brief description of problem/feature

@aslassi777 is working on a bunch of improvements to "teams" in Project Sidewalk. Part of that involves using the word "teams" instead of "organizations" for everything user facing. We should change the names of tables and such in the db and the rest of the back end to reflect this change as well. The world will soon forget that we ever tried to use as boring of a name as "organizations" 😉
