Where is the best place to look for release note updates to nativescript-list-view?

https://www.npmjs.com/package/nativescript-ui-listview points to this github location. However, the last update to this codebase was 5 months ago. The listview.md release notes stop at 8.2.0, whereas the current release version is 9.1.4.

Is this the correct repo?
