Description:
That causes the screen to be dark grey[1].

Replication:

  1. Log in to https://prodigy-dashboard.hostedposted.com/
  2. View and Edit Pets
  3. Type anything in the search bar.

Actually, this happens on mobile EVEN IF you don't click pets
