Prepare a git repository interface on Linux or windows

the suggestions are gitlab is supported on Linux (centOS) and is free open source.

@denno-secqtinstien, @Neha-choudhary as per discussion.

I have created a test environment on Linux (CentOS 6.6) based stack using Gitlab Omnibus installer. Created a Test Project 'localhost:1001/administrator/ProcessManagement' on Test Environment. The issues in the repository 'Erls-Gitlab-Demo' numbered 'ProcessManagement/Erls-Gitlab-Demo#1' to 'ProcessManagement/Erls-Gitlab-Demo#12' are based on the changes for the Test Environment which were created locally for the environment. so have cloned these issues to repository 'Erls-Gitlab-Demo' from 'localhost:1001/administrator/ProcessManagement'.
