[Suggestion] Update Website images

they are still on a old dev build for 6.1 and most icons are kinda out of date, this isn't really a important thing to change about the website, just wanted to make people know if they already dont, haha.

If all that is needed to be done is update the images in https://github.com/PrismLauncher/prismlauncher.org/tree/main/src/img/screenshots than I can do it.

@xzi Go for it. The Windows screenshot has been updated, but the macOS and Linux ones still need updating.

I've been caught up in IRL stuff and completely forgot got to do it. Will do it as soon as I get home. I'm unable to do Mac or Linux screenshots so anyone can take those.
