As an admin, I want to add links to digital humanities projects relevant to the member featured on the page

To give an example, there is a website dedicated to the member Madeleine Blaess. Right now, the link is in the public notes but it would be nice to have a dedicated place, as we do for VIAF and Wikipedia, to add these kinds of links and distinguish them from VIAF/Wikipedia. I think @rlskoeser suggested it might be possible to have a label we could set from the back end.
